In order to serve our customers properly and to ensure design consistency, here are some art guidelines to follow when submitting your own art.
The best way for you to provide us with art is from a computer. It can be sent via our Art Upload form. **When sending artwork, please include your name, phone number, and the name of your customer service rep (if you have been working with someone already).
Screen Print
Art must be provided in vector format to incur the least amount of charges. Also, before providing us with any art you must do the following:
- Convert text to outlines
- Include all imported/placed files
- Provide PMS numbers for each color in your art

If you are supplying us with a digitized embroidery design, please send it in any of the following formats:
- Wilcom Designer .emb
- DST
When sending digitized file, please include all necessary thread colors, per sequence. Please note: DST files do not retain thread color information when saved and sent.
